I have a very strong passion for fashion. I would LOVE to have a fashion career in NEW YORK CITY. How to get an upstart?

I keep seeing an advertisement on The-N about a website that has fashion design templates, etc. I can't rewind the TV and my dad refuses to let me go back to The-N's channel to wait for the advertisement again. Has anyone seen or happen to know this website? If not this website, any other fashion design template websites that I can use?

i'm looking for a career in costume design specifically but the schools i am looking to attend only have programs in fashion.
